Our products. A harmony of flavors and biodiversity.
We firmly believe that biodiversity is our strength. In an era where monocultures can be risky, we have chosen to diversify our production to ensure quality and stability. Our "garden" is not a single field, but a mosaic of crops that complement each other, offering a wide range of excellent products.
Our fresh products:
- Lavender : fragrant and versatile, for food products and more.
- Saffron : pure pistils, grown in our saffron field and dried in the company laboratory.
- Vegetables : summer and winter vegetables grown using natural and biointensive methods without the use of chemicals.
- Raspberries: large and juicy, perfect for garnishing cakes and desserts.
- Fruits: peaches, apricots, plums, apples, pears grown on fruit trees integrated into our agroforestry systems.

Fruit and raspberry jams and compotes , to savor the natural sweetness of the season.

Tomato sauce made from vegetables grown without pesticides.

Vacuum-packed and frozen soups , with genuine ingredients and authentic flavours.
- Dried aromatic herbs, ideal for natural and fragrant cooking.
Our farm also includes three olive groves (approximately 2.4 hectares) of the following varieties: Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio, and Leccio del Corno. We do not currently produce extra virgin olive oil, but the olive trees contribute to biodiversity and soil fertility.
