We don't come from an agricultural tradition or from technical backgrounds in the sector: this initial distance required us to study, methodically, and listen, allowing us to approach the land with respect, care, and rigor.

We believe that nature is not an external entity to be governed, but a living system of which we are part.

Cultivating means acknowledging this belonging and operating within a balance that cannot be forced but understood; it cannot be changed unless we change ourselves along with it.

Today we grow seasonal vegetables, fruit, heirloom apples, aromatic plants, lavender, saffron, and growing olive groves.
